The focus of our campaign was to use a multi-channel approach to introduce, educate, and inform members about the Express process and how it is beneficial to them. Channels included direct mail, email, video, plus print and digital advertising
Campaign resulted in +27.5% increase in Responses, +35% increase in RR, +17% increase in Potential Premium, and +85% improvement in R:E, YoY
